FAQs
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
After we have had an initial conversation it will take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete the artwork. Potentially this could be sooner, but will depend on whether I am already working on an order for someone else.
DO I GET THE ORIGINAL?
Yes, you are commissioning a one-off bespoke illustration. If you would like to add colour this can be done for an additional fee. Colour would not be added to the original piece, but added digitally and provided as a print.
WHAT SHOULD I PROVIDE?
If you would like a commissioned piece of your pet, I would ask you to provide some photographs for context, ideally in the composition that you would like it designed i.e face on, from the side or laying down etc. If you would like another animal added(two animals in one illustration), we can discuss the composition and I can research some ideas for you.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Prices start at as little as £85 (plus P+P) for an A4 bespoke piece. Prices will differ depending on the brief for the commissioned piece. Once I understand your requirements I will be able to provide a quote.
CAN IT BE PERSONALISED?
Yes, absolutely! I would ask you to send a list of names, places, dates, hobbies, countries and so on, that mean something to you or the person you are purchasing the piece for. These will be incorporated into the design.
ARE YOU OPEN TO WORKING IN A PARTNERSHIP?
Yes, I am very open to working with other brands and collaborating on a piece of work.
