SHIPPING & DISPATCH TIMES
We offer free shipping for all UK orders. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days. Once dispatched we will email you a dispatch notification.
All UK orders are sent second class with Royal Mail, unless it is specified on the order that it is a tracked and signed next day delivery service. Please note tracked and signed orders will be sent out on the following working day of the order date, for next day delivery.
Print orders will arrive in a flat, hardback envelope with board to protect the artwork.
SUSTAINABILITY
Our Art prints are printed on demand to reduce waste. We aim to use biodegradable and compostable display bags for our print packaging whenever possible. We use recyclable greyboard for our print backers and we also recycle and reuse packaging sent to us. Please note, we currently have a small number of plastic display bags left - once they have been used up, we will replace them with biodegradable, compostable or sustainable alternatives.
All our greeting cards are printed on FSC certified stock. Three trees are planted by our supplier for every cushion order we make.
All of our products are printed and produced in the UK, which helps keep our carbon footprint low.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Commissioned or personalised items are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit or supplied with errors caused by our negligence.
Pricing errors may occur on our site. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us.

CUSTOMISATION
Most of our designs come as standard, however if you would like to discuss changing a background colour of a print or cushion, please get in touch via our contacts page.
FRAMES
We currently do not sell any framed prints online - all prints come unframed. Our prints come standard sizes A5, A4 and some prints are also available in A3. Off-the-shelf frames are widely available for these sizes.
For South London locals in Balham, Clapham, Tooting and Streatham, please contact us directly as we are able to offer framed A4 prints and hand delivery. We can also recommend the framing shop Mimi V Artworks in Balham, who offer a high quality framing service.
